Tuition Assistance

Columbus Jewish Day School believes that our unique, integrated Jewish and general education should be available to all families. Our tuition assistance program reflects this commitment to the Jewish community. Our goal is to welcome and support a diverse group of qualified students, including those who would not otherwise be able to attend CJDS.

Families apply for financial aid through the FACTS a confidential and unbiased third party. Applications, including tax documentation, are submitted online, directly to FACTS. Families are required to reapply for financial assistance each year and awards are based on a reevaluation of the family’s financial situation and demonstrated continued need.

EdChoice Scholarship

CJDS also accepts EdChoice scholarships. The Ohio EdChoice program provides scholarships to eligible students to attend participating private schools, based on either where they live or their family income. To check your eligibility for EdChoice, visit: https://education.ohio.gov/Topics/Other-Resources/Scholarships/EdChoice-Scholarship-Program.

We appreciate your interest in our school and hope that you will consider our community regardless of your financial situation. Please let us know how we can help you.
