In the fall of 2009, CJDS moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art facility located on the Northeast Jewish Community Campus in the middle of a nine-acre protected nature preserve. This incredible space nurtures our uniquely integrated program by featuring double-size classrooms, a full-size gymnasium, an art studio, computer lab, commons, and administrative suite.

In the summer of 2010, we were named a Wild School Site by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources as a direct result of our commitment to environmental education.

In addition to CJDS, the Northeast Jewish Community Campus houses the JCC New Albany preschool and summer camp, Congregation Tifereth Israel’s Northeast Satellite branch of its Hebrew School, Temple Beth Shalom Hebrew School, the Florence Melton Adult Mini School program, basketball leagues, yoga classes, community lecture series, and many other exciting activities.
